- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I changed auto insurance companies when I was in college and at the time I did an internship at the Natrona Heights location under a different owner. Once she left, a new agent picked up the location and Garrett was introduced to me as my new agent. At first I didn't know what to expect, because I liked working with the previous agent, but I am really glad that Garrett was there to support my insurance needs. He is professional, responsive and most importantly a very responsible insurance agent. Whenever I have a question, it is answered within hours. He is very diligent in his work and knows all the details about the type of policies they offer. He is the type of agent that will reach out to you to ask if everything with your current coverage is OK and he provides options on how to save money through the different types of coverages State Farm offers. I recently moved to another state and have not had nearly the service that Garrett provided.
