  By far, this was the worst experience I have ever encountered in the retail world. In the future I will visit an actual shipping venue whether it be a UPS drop off center, FedEx Store or the United States Post Office.

  My husband went here to return a pair of work bibs. He didn't have a box just the return shipping label. The man at the desk told him not a problem. He suggested a return pouch. Offered to pack it up for him. All this while waiting on 2 other customers. Very friendly and efficient. My husband doesn't know why people are giving it bad reviews. The man was so efficient that he thought he was going to offer him a cup of tea. Just a little humor.

  I went here three serperate times for fingerprinting services. The woman at the desk is rude. The first time I was turned away because I was there 5 minutes after fingerprinting service time ended. Second time I was turned away because the computer system (their internet) was down. Third time I was turned away because there were too many people in line for fingerprints and they wouldn't get to me in time. This place is not worth it. Tired of making special trips out there to be turned away every time.

  The woman in the store was extremely rude! I came in for fingerprinting which she only offered until 2:30 for some reason. I got there 5 minutes early and she refused to wait on me saying she had two packages she needed to get ready. She could have told me not to bother coming in when I called 15 minutes before to make sure someone was there to provide the service until 2:30. So I left work early, called ahead to verify, and rushed there to make it before 2:30 only to be denied service. If I could give her negative stars I would. My advice... Go somewhere else for fingerprinting services. It's not worth the hassle from this woman. She was nasty and her customer service skills are not up to par! I'd rather take my money and business somewhere it is appreciated!
